Reservation Policies
At The Gilded Spoon, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Please review our reservation policies below:
- Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and require confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours of submitting your request.
- Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
- Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your table and may need to offer it to another guest.
- Dress Code: The Gilded Spoon maintains a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing beach attire, athletic wear, or excessively revealing clothing.
- Large Parties: For parties of seven or more, please contact us directly to make your reservation. We may require a deposit for large parties.
- Dietary Restrictions: We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of any special needs when making your reservation.
- Special Events: During special events and holidays, our reservation policies may vary. Please check our website or contact us for specific details.
- Children: While we welcome children, we ask that parents ensure their children are well-behaved and do not disrupt other diners.
- Service Animals: We gladly welcome certified service animals. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a service animal so that we can best accommodate you.

Private Dining & Events
The Gilded Spoon offers exceptional private dining options for special occasions, corporate events, and celebrations. Our dedicated events team will work with you to create a customized menu and ambiance to suit your needs. We have two private dining rooms available:
- The Ainsworth Room: Accommodates up to 20 guests. Features elegant decor and views of Bull Street.
- The Lowcountry Room: Accommodates up to 40 guests. Perfect for larger gatherings, with a spacious layout and customizable seating arrangements.
